Remote Training
Remote Training is now available Via Skype/Teams/Zoom/WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.
​
Whether you're a beginner or more advanced with exercise, remote training will work for you.
All you need is a Laptop, Smartphone or a Tablet and some free space.
​
Body weight exercises can build strength safely and these moves can be made more challenging through progression, although more advanced clients can work with weights or a suspension trainer if they have them.
​
The advantage of remote training is that it can be done any where in the UK without any additional travel charges.
​
Please note : Before Training can begin, a Par Q form will need to be filled out and returned.
